Mizuno Wave Inspire 10 – Highly recommended.
This is the fourth pair of this shoe style/type i have (all in different colours of course), which should immediately tell you how good i rate them. Great fit, cushioning and foot support/stability. Ideal for me who is a ‘neutral’ gaited runner.
Love the fit, great wee shoes for short to middle distance, anything up to half marathon.
Once i got a good fitting these have been perfect. Have done 700km + on the old pairs each.
- Good shoe, comfortable and good support
- Highly recommended.
- Good shoes and price
Item arrived promptly, well packed, as described.
My husband is over the moon with the comfort and fit of these shoes.

Lighter than mizuno inspire 9 but still good support.
Shoes fit well, im a size 9 and ordered a size 9. Shoes arrived within date specified.
Great shoes, have worked my through from inspire 6 to 10.
Very light and ok for over-pronator.
This is my fourth pair of mizuno trainers and they get better with each new version. No back slide when pushing hard and the cushioning is great. Speedy delivery and everything is right.
Bought as an alternative to gt2000. Wave inspires are lighter and probably result in a slightly faster leg turnover. Gave me blister on top of foot due to a seam by the laces digging into upper foot. Not as snug a fit as gt’s resulting in heel not feeling locked in. Also much firmer which i would not want for anything over 15k where i prefer more cushioning. Like the shoes but i will reserve them for shorter runs.
Bought these as they were a recommended product for help with shin splints and they have been brilliant, so glad i bought them.
Mizuno quality running shoe.
Comfortable and good for my heels as i like to stomp whilst i run eek. It might be thick but i like it like that.
This is my second pair of wave inspire, the first were amazing so imagine my delight when i found these pair for less than 50 quid (my previous pair were £110 from local triathlon shop). Yes they are a fairly garish colour, but everyone knows the brighter the colour the faster you run. Grab a gear pair of running shoes for bargain price.
Super light, fantastic for a mild overpronator.
My 3rd pair of these excellent, light weight, long distance, stability trainer, i’ve had them in white, black and now yellow and these are my favourite colour. Definitely recommend these running trainers. Excellent delivery from alton sports and amazon as always.
This is the second pair of the same model that i’ve owned. I found the pricing on amazon to be extremely attractive, at less than half of what i paid for my first pair, in a regular store. I love these running shoes, having already run three marathons and countless training miles in them. They are very lightweight, with a surprisingly durable sole. However, they are not for everyone: i, as a toe striker, appreciate their raised heel, but heel strikers may find the shoes uncomfortable for running. My only gripe about these shoes is their relatively limited longevity. The first pair lasted only about 500 miles. The first to go, after 400 miles, were the shoelaces, which were easy to replace. Then however, the she started to break apart on the inflexion points by the lower corners of the shoe lacing area. These breaks spread very fast, and i had to scramble to get a new pair.
Light upper and good quality sole.
Photo accurate and fit good if a bit wide.
Good light and affordable shoe.
Third pair of these i have owned – enough said ?.
Have been running in wave inspire 10’s for almost a year now, having switched from brooks adrenaline. The mizunos are much better suited to my gait, and despite being much lighter they lasted a lot longer. I got around 700 miles out of my last pair of inspire 10’s, despite being 14+ stone.
